Lizzie joined the RCVS in February 2005 bringing with her 13 years' experience working in marketing, public relations, communications and public affairs. She launched the Mind Matters Initiative in 2014 along with its then Chair, Neil Smith, and has been Director ever since – running the programme on a day-to-day basis and managing campaigns.
