One of the main objectives of the program is to assess your wellbeing before and after the program has finished, to highlight the progression in the 9 key categories below. Our weekly sessions we be a different subject each week with reflection session on the 4th, 8th and 12th weeks, we will be providing a Q and A session. If you cannot attend each week due to commitments, each session will be recorded and available on demand.
