Michael is passionate about Leadership. His own extensive research proves that almost everyone within a Veterinary Practice is ‘crying-out’ for guidance, direction and help in all kinds of areas. One of the many benefits of good leadership is a much enhanced level of motivation within the Team. Michael has worked with over 50 veterinary practice teams in Australia with amazing results.
