Description

This webinar will be in Persian.
Heart failure is traditionally considered to occur when the heart either cannot provide blood flow adequate for metabolic demands or when it can do so only at elevated filling pressures. Compensatory mechanisms try to increase cardiac output and venous return, however these mechanisms have limited capacity and finally worsen heart function. Management of CHF is usually done based on its underlying pathophysiologic mechanisms. In this webinar we will review all the pathophysiologic mechanisms of CHF and will address their therapeutic options.
