He now divides his time between business consultancy, cattle preventive medicine and disease reduction through Myhealthyherd. Peter has a particular interest in Johne's disease management and has worked with Dick Sibley to help develop a coherent approach to Johne's disease at a national and regional level. Peter chaired the strategic review of BCVA in 1996 and was BCVA president in 1999.
