In this session, we will concentrate on the process of identifying a problem, work through the information and data available in order to determine the Root Cause. From here, we will learn how to build countermeasures and execute a project to fix the problem. Once completed, we can re-run the data and show real differences relevant to the needs of the client from the beginning, thus bringing true value to our consultative services.
