Description
Hypotension is one of the problems most commonly encountered with patients under anaesthesia, and it can have fatal consequences. This lecture will look at the causes of hypotension, and how to identify them as well as how to act. Aspects of maintaining normal blood pressure including fluid therapy, analgesia and the use of vasopressors and inotropes will be discussed, including how they act on our patients.
