In this webinar we will run through the RCVS concerns process, right from the moment someone gets in touch to enquire about raising a concern. Many of these enquiries do not actually fall within our remit, such as those relating to fees or negligence, but those that do all go through the same process that helps us ensure that the veterinary profession is operating to a high standard.
