On 28th March 2018 BVDFree England is launching a new herd status category: ‘BVDFree Test Negative Herd Status’. This recognises herds that have achieved two consecutive years of negative test results. Farmers will be able to apply for the new herd status, however, a veterinary declaration is required before this can be awarded. This webinar will provide an update on the BVDFree England national eradication scheme and discuss the test results that qualify for the new negative herd status and the veterinary declaration process.
