Rose Perkins

Bio

Rose Perkins is a veterinary surgeon and a PhD student at the University of Sussex, under the supervision of Prof Dave Goulson. She qualified as a veterinary surgeon in 2006 and completed a postgraduate certificate in small animal ophthalmology, before starting her doctoral research on the environmental fate and impact of fipronil and imidacloprid used in veterinary flea products in 2019. She is the lead author of the recently published paper “Potential role of veterinary flea products in widespread contamination of English rivers”.
