Bio

Rachel was formerly in education, marketing management and freelance event promotion before arriving at practice management in 2011. As co-director of 387 Veterinary Centre, Rachel has been the driving force behind the practice’s five year Investors in People journey which, in December 2016, led to the practice becoming the first in the UK to receive platinum accreditation in recognition of excellence in people management for sustained success. Her passion for shared team values, compassionate support and proactive personal development led to the practice becoming winners of a SPVS/ Mind Matters inaugural Wellbeing Award in January 2017. 387 Vets subsequently went on to win Petplan Practice of the Year 2017, with two other team members each receiving a coveted Petplan award.
