Bio

Michelle has been a vet and business owner in the UK for 25 years. Originally from Sydney, Australia, as a new graduate thoroughbred equine work called and resulted in a great first four years in practice with Randwick Equine Centre learning veterinary skills.

An adventure to the UK lead to Michelle being part of the creation of a new practice in Lancashire that has grown to employ a team of 35 people.

Michelle has realized that the place she felt most alive and able to add value is working on her business and in particular developing teams. This realization lead to training as a Performance Consultant in Talent Dynamics and increasing coaching skills.

Michelle has used these tools in her own business at Moy Vets and with other veterinary teams and other local businesses including schools to create and build successful & happy teams.
