Bio
Jessica is the Customer Success Lead at PetsApp, having joined in January 2023. Jessica is a veterinarian from the UK with interests in vet tech and business. She worked in equine practice for seven years, in the UK and Hong Kong, before becoming UK Lead Vet at FirstVet, a Swedish telemedicine start-up, to develop their telemedicine service. She qualified from the Royal Veterinary College in 2012 with a bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science and a graduate degree in Veterinary Medicine.
