Wednesday 12th May 2021, 8:00pm BST
This FREE webinar is an introduction to the 6-week “Mental resilience and wellbeing training” that helps veterinary professionals to become healthier and more resilient in both personal and professional lives.
Deeply rooted in Positive Psychology and Appreciative Inquiry, the six course modules support the process of developing a fresh, hopeful perspective and finding a way to nurture our mental wellbeing. Each module is designed to amplify the feeling of empowerment and provide participants with highly applicable tools and techniques that not only build individual resilience, but also set the foundations for successful teamwork – whether it is at work or in our personal relationships.
This FREE webinar will offer the first highly applicable tools that support mental wellbeing of veterinary professionals, introduce participants to the Vet Gone Real community and present the possibilities provided by the course.
“Mental resilience and wellbeing training” is a form of a well-deserved self-care that can lead participants to a positively revolutionary, sustainable change.

About the speaker
Olivia (Liv) Oginska – Vet Gone Real
Olivia graduated in 2016 from The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences, Poland. During her university course, she completed multiple surgical externships in the referral centres in the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. Along the years of professional training, Olivia has been mentoring and providing mental health support to her colleagues. The passion for veterinary wellbeing led her to undertaking the Masters degree programme in Applied Positive Psychology at Anglia Ruskin University, where Olivia received the life-coaching and appreciative inquiry training credentials.
Based on several years of veterinary and peer-support experience, combined with Positive Psychology training, at the beginning of 2020 Olivia created the Vet Gone Mental (now Vet Gone Real) platform, through which multiple individuals and veterinary teams received coaching and mental support.
Olivia is deeply passionate about the veterinary workplace wellbeing, psychological safety and creating tools that help veterinary practitioners to thrive in their career and personal life.
