We’ve been getting a few questions about how the new website functions, so we’ve put together this handy FAQ to help you with any issues you may be having.
How do I access the archive?
Archive is such a boring word, so we decided to retire it. All our classic content is now under “Webinars”, the first tab on the index at the top of the page.
Where are the Expertise Series?
These are now filed under “Courses”, the second tab along the index.
How do I find upcoming webinars?
These are under “Schedule”, the third tab along the index.
How do I find free webinars?
The full list of free webinars is viewable before you log in to your account. Once you are logged in, there is no distinct section as the free webinars are sorted into categories, but they are still easily accessible. You can find any webinar you want with a search.
How do I download my certificates?
Once you’ve completed a webinar you will be given the option to download your certificate immediately after it. If you want to access certificates at a later date, you can do that simply by clicking on your profile in the top right corner. Select “My CPD Record” from the dropdown list, and that will give you a list of all your certificates which you can download.
How do I register for a webinar?
When you are logged into your account, simply find a webinar you want to register for and then click the “register” button in the bottom right corner of the slide. You’re now registered for the webinar. Simple as that.
What’s the meaning of life?
