Our Mindfulness series was so popular, we did another one! Get even more mindful with this superb follow up series. Practical skills of noticing, mindful movement and meditation that can help with physical and psychological health problems as well as ongoing life challenges.
It is taught in an entirely secular way and has no religious context or content at all. Participants will learn to develop mindfulness through ‘formal’ mindfulness meditation practices, including a body scan meditation, various sitting meditations, gentle movement and body awareness exercises. There are also ‘informal’ practices – bringing mindful attention to ordinary, everyday experiences like brushing your teeth or eating a mouthful of food.
