    Veterinary professionals are regulated by the RCVS and the 1966 Veterinary Surgeons Act and the Veterinary Medicines Regulations control the supply of products to animals. There is frequently confusion around what RVNs can legally do, their professional responsibilities and negligence and misconduct.
